At the 2025 Royal Palm Literary Awards, hosted by the Florida Writers Association, Eric C Ross won 1st place in the Flash Fiction category with his story "Incomplete." The story, featured in his anthology titled "Otherworldly," also won "Best Short Prose of the Year."
In 2026, I submitted the book as a whole to the American Fiction Awards hosted by American Book Fest. It made it as one of three finalists out of sixteen entries in the Anthology category.

My story is called "Money Can't Buy Happiness," and it's about teenage love, addiction, and loss in a world where emotions can be literally bottled and traded.
